Make the call today! One of my greatest pleasures is receiving a phone call or an email from someone new, who is either looking to get started or even just curious about how it all works. During this free 20-minute phone consultation, you are free to ask me any questions that you may have. I welcome you to interview me in your efforts to make sure that we are the right fit for one another! I will also ask you to share a synopsis of what is bringing you to therapy at this point in time. 

During this initial evaluation, we will collect biological, psychological, and social history, as well as genetics, mental health history of family, explore patterns of attachment,  

note any remarkable events/changes, or traumatic incidents that could have played a role in your current identity formation & establish goals for treatment. $300/1.15 to 1.30 Hours

Following your initial intake, we will begin weekly sessions. These sessions are where the bulk of our work is done. 

I will assist in guiding you toward your goals, using a milieu of treatment models, according to what suits your needs, ranging from traditional Psychotherapy to Mindfulness Therapy &  Breathe work /Self-Reflection, CBT, DBT, & more.

$225/45-50 minutes

6. Creating a better functioning home environment. $250/Hour or $300/1.15 Hour

• Female Youth Empowerment Group
• Anger Management Group
• Social Skills for Self-Esteem Group
• $50/Group

• Will attend CST meetings within 30 minutes of office
• Assist in navigating District IEP & 504 Plans
• Improve focus, organization & study skills
• Decrease anxiety, learn mindfulness
• $250/Hour (same fee for report/eval-writing)
